Abortion

This seems to be a tough topic for people; as it is for me.  However, it is also very clear.  As soon as a child has a human body and mind, regardless of how well it works, that child has a right to it's body.   The mother also has a right to her body; therefore she has the right to remove the child.  But the current abortion procedure makes no attempt to remove the child without harming it's body; and therefore should not be legal.  A procedure where the child is romoved and affords it every chance to survive should be legal.  If every attempt is made to preserve the life of the child and it dies of natural causes outside the womb then it's rights have not been violated.  Whether the fetus is viable or even if no such surgery exists; non-lethal removal of the fetus, giving it at least a chance to live, is the only answer for a true libertarian.
